How do I reset my Password?

In order to reset your password you must have access to the email address registered on your account.

  1. Click the 'Forgot Password' reset link on the login form
  2. Enter the email address registered on your Jubiter account

You will receive an email with instructions as to how to reset your password. If you can't find the email remember to check your spam/junk folders. Also keep in mind the email is time sensitive, the reset link will only work for 24 hours.
