What can I do if I lose access to the email I used to open my Jubiter account?

For your security, you must have access to your registered email address in order to use your Jubiter account. If you lose access to the email account please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

Whenever possible it is best to contact us before you loose access to your registered email address.

Keep in mind identity verification will be required before we take any action.
